अध्यायों पर वापस जाएं

यततो ह्यपि कौन्तेय पुरुषस्य विपश्चितः ।
इन्द्रियाणि प्रमाथीनि हरन्ति प्रसभं मनः ।।

Meaning O kuntinandan: The reflexive senses are so strong, it effects instantly and can contaminate the mind of a very learned man, endeavouring to control them. ExplanationThe material sense enjoyment can only be controlled by the conscious mind  and can be only dissolved by the realized mind . Not by forceful endeavors on the senses as  these senses can inflame desire to get enamored in the mortal world. So dissolve the suppressed desire in the heart with being fully devoted and conscious to the almighty.
