कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥
Meaning “Your right is only in doing your duties but you are not attached with the result. The fruits of your actions may be the cause of your action but the result of actions are not entitled to you. Knowing this, you should also not be attached ,for not doing your duty” ExplanationKrishna opens this great secret of Karma ,the actions of man. God has just entrusted you with your action and results are not your entitlement but that does not make you prone  to be without the performance of your deeds and duties or detaching from the idea of actions. Which action shall give you what is in the hands of almighty. You have to just perform your duties diligently without considering the results. So if you desire to get the fruit of your action by doing deeds in this birth, no one knows ,which birth ,it should get fulfilled .Desires will lead to the continuity of birth and death and shall also pass through the life cycle of the world and  according to your activities, you shall become a dog, ass, pig, donkey or any other poisonous creature for the punishment of your sins. By not desiring fruits of action, you have managed a lot of contradictions and conflicts as desire is the root cause . A conscientious man is aware about his desire and act accordingly by knowing his true self. But considering all this, you should not get attached to no action and stop the motion of the cycle of nature, as motion creates life and everything in this existence is moving with life producing actions to keep the rhythm and dynamics of the universe through its subjects. Then the bigger question arises that if we should also be not detached from deeds then what is the right karma, the true deed? Lord Krishna reminds Arjun to do worldly duties without attaching to the results of his actions by connecting with the consciousness of God. After curbing the desire of results, you shall attain salvation, you won’t take rebirth and shall not commit sin. So, do not be attached to deeds and also do not renounce the actions.
